Hey I had a period last month on October 12 I always had regular periods bring now My period 3days late am I pregnant?

I had sex over 2 months ago and it was unprotected, and also he ejaculated. I been scared on and off ever since that I may be pregnant. After that night my period came two days later and about a week or more early. I also ran a very high fever and mainly been bloated on and off since then. People say you can't have a period and be pregnant but I have been having periods and a negative pregnancy test but I still have been bloated and my stomach seems to be getting fuller in size is their any suggestions to what may be wrong with me?
