What would be some possible circumstances that will give a mother full custody?

The father is a serial killer and / or child molester.

Drug addict. Prisoner. Mentally handicapped.

I am currently pregnant, the father and I are no longer together he has not been around at all through my pregnancy, does not help me at all financially right now with appointments any medical expenses nothing. He is bipolar and has claimed to commit suicide on various occasions says he is either not taking his medication or that it is not helping, he has a history of anger management issues, his work schedule according to him is from 6am to 10pm. More than anything I am afraid for my baby because of his mental/anger issues I am really scared he would do something to the baby if left alone with it he has little patience for small children. So would that be enough to grant me full custody of the child id we were to go to court?
