I have been on Lutera for many months and have never missed a pill. I have been a few hours late, but have NEVER completely missed one. My fiancé and I have been having unpretected sex. I am now 3 days late for my period and have every sign its coming, but physically bleeding. Earlier in the week I passed out, and since then I have felt light headed nausea and pain in my lower stomach. Even weirder is I have had sever pains in my lymph nodes near my right breast to the point I will cry if someone even touches it. I have taken MULTIPLE pegnancy tests and all cam back negative. I don't know what this could be.

With all of these conditions, I would see a doctor immediately.
