I am an admin of a group on Facebook and I am not able to share a post in group. I have tried Google chrome and I am able to post without any issues. Please can you advice as I do prefer to use Firefox

Check your FF extensions as it is likely to be one of them blocking your posts.
BTW Chrome is far superior for Facebook use, due ti the large amount of Flash on the site.
