I'm saying that the original pre agreement was an 841(a)1 but a841(b)1 was what the defendant signed on the plea agreement it self the pre holds ten years and the plea agreement holds five years but the defendant has an 851 as well so was sentenced to twenty years so will they just leave his sentence the same or will they have to go by what's on the plea agreement which has been signed by the judge and prosecuter the defendant has been sentence
