I am filing for divorce and my husband wants to get joint custody of the kids. I have three children all under the age of 11 years. I want full custod of them, I don't feel he is responsible alone with them.I have been supporting us for the past year by myself , does the court take that into consideration. What do I do?

Is he really unfit or are you looking to just prove he is so you can get full custody?
