I had my upper back Roth pulled Tuesday.. it is Saturday and a piece of food fell out of the hole.. I looked and the hole looks strange.. white-ish with dark spots.. I'm scared the clot fell out or it's infected

Don't worry if the blood clot fell out you would get a dry socket which would cause a lot of pain if not in pain rinse your mouth with warm salt water it heels up the heeling process. And if you get another tooth pulled try drinking pineapple juice a week before that helps with the bleading too
