My uncle & I rented a house together we each paid half the deposit & we each pay half the rent. He's on the lease but I am not. We've been here for 1 month now & he wants me to move out so other people can move in he gave me a 3 day notice to move out can he do that?

Unfortunately, he can as he is on the lease, he has every right, unfortunately for you as your not on the lease, you don't in laymans terms have a legal leg to stand on, you could maybe explain to your uncle that you don't have anywhere to go, and would he be willing to give you until the end of November? I supect he is doing this to try and get more rent out of several people before christmas comes.

Yes, but if you fail to comply what's he going to do then? If he sues you to evict you he will have to be able to show that he gave you more notice than that; 30 days written notice in most places.

Actually, OP would be regarded as a sub-tenant of the uncle, which does give her plenty of legs to stand on.
