I have been taking my Birth control mostly everyday missing a couple. I had unprotected sex today and now my stomach is upset and have very light pink vaginal discharge. Should I be worried?

I know that it is confusing when your body doesn't do as we normally expect it to but there are many different reasons that can cause the pink discharge. Of course the first thought would be pregnancy and that the pink discharge could be from implantation bleeding. Or It's your period about to start, very little bit of blood mixed in with regular vaginal mucus is all. However, it Just sounds like an irregular period. That happens with birth control, stress, change in eating habits a big number of things. Give it about a week it could just be the start of a normal period but if it keeps up after that have a talk with your doc. Hope this helps.
