    Georgia law regarding salary employees.
I am an administrative, salaried employee. If I am out any portion of a day my pay is docked by that much time. If I work overtime, if I receive calls at 2 am, if I work weekends, I am not compensated. Can this possibly be legal. The companies only answer to these issues are to tell me I am exempt and what they are doing is legal.

Bobby, you say you are "administrative". To determine if you are exempt from the FLSA, because of that, you would determine if the following applies to you:
    "Administrative.
An employee is in an administrative position if the employee's primary duty is:
1.the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of the employer or the employer's customers; and
2.the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance" Complying With Wage and Hour Law: The Fair Labor Standards Act | BizFilings Toolkit
