Im a sophomore in highshool and this senior in my class keeps flirting with me. Its kind of his personality. He is always asking me to go on a date with him, I only refuse because I assume he is joking. One day he asked me to go on a date and when I said no because you are joking, he said,"I'm really not..." Another time when I refused he said I never take him seriously. He always asks if I think he is cute and tells our friends he is trying to get with me and talk to me. I think I'm starting to fall for him.. Does he really like me and want to go on a date or just flirting and messing around? I like him so next time he asks should I say yes and see where it goes? I just don't want to be rejected or look like a fool.

I know how you feel. Just go on a date with him. If he were joking I suppose he wouldn't be telling your friends he likes you. Maybe his joking attitude is his way of flirting, maybe that's just part of his personality. You won't know unless you go on the date.
