    Bleeding
I have been spotting, light pink blood once a day for about 2 weeks now, sometimes every other day. I haven't had my period in months and it's past due this month. Me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex over the past few weeks. What is this bleeding from?

Have you taken a pregnancy test using first morning urine?

No, not yet. I am wondering if this would even be a pregnancy thing or if it could be something else. Does thing sort of thing happen with pregnancy?

Spotting can happen during pregnancy. Not for every woman, and it's not that common, but it does happen.

    How late is your period?

My period is usually starting on the 22nd-24th. We had sex on the 23rd and I started spotting on the 30th. But no real bleeding yet, just light pink. How long would the spotting even last if that was the case?

If this is spotting due to pregnancy than your doctor will have to answer how long it will last. There's no way to diagnose that, or pregnancy, on the internet.

Trust me I know that! I was just curious if this were like implantation bleeding, How long does that normally last?

Implantation bleeding isn't a proven thing. Many people don't believe that implantation bleeding is possible. Others swear by it.

Either way, there's no way to tell you why you're bleeding, what's causing it, or how long it will last.

It could be implantation bleeding (I personally don't believe in it), it could be an infection, it could be spotting because of problems with the pregnancy (if you're pregnant), it could be that you're just having an off month. The list goes on.

If this is a concern of yours than I highly recommend that you see your doctor.

Thank you, I am concerned because I don't know what it's from.

Then see your doctor. You really won't find the answer on the internet. The best we can do is guess, and there are literally hundreds of possibilities.
