So a few weeks ago, I told someone that I liked her. She said she doesn't know if she likes me or not, if she feels the same way or not. But she did say that she doesn't want to be in a relationship right now because she's not allowed. Is it just her nice way of telling me that she doesn't like me? Or does she really like me but something is just stopping her?

Hang out with her at school. Trust me, you can usually tell when a girl likes you. Also you can text her allot and once you become close friends you can openly tell her that you like her. She may say she likes you back. Many people say only losers do this, but it works. I don't personally know her, so I don't know if she's lying or not about the boyfriend, but usually if she liked you she would find a way to show you. To determine if she likes you, check on her body language towards you. Be kind, nice and attentive to her to ensure that she notices you. I'm pretty sure you'll notice if she likes you, but your first goal is to work out if she likes you, maybe ask to hangout with her on the weekend, take her on a date, any girl would adore that.
