My husband and I been together for 5 years he has abandon me so many times always moving and we have a child involved if I get him deported where would my child go since I only get visitation pleas help

If petition was filed right after you got married, I would assume his status is either permanent resident or US citizen. If this is correct, he cannot be deported unless he commits crime.

Why don't you try to work this out with him. The child needs both parents. Besides, there must be reasons you only get visitation.

If marriage failed, get divorce and move on.

Why on earth would you get him deported if he has custody? Please explain how that happened.
