I am dating a Manager in my company for almost 1 year now . I am 26 & he is 34. He is divorced with kids. His ex wife is a rich lady so He does not have to pay her alimony or child support . Initial few months , we used to have regular sex ,he was nice & affectionate . Then slowly he started losing interest, almost stopped talking to me . We have not had sex last 5 months . He says that he is very busy to talk / have sex. Although he touches once in a while inside office, but no sex . Once I broke him & he begged me back . But he says that we can never get married bcoz “he is too busy for marriage” . I am confused about his intentions. Its very painful . I cried a lot . He is never willing to consol me If I am upset. But he does not leave me too (which I asked him to do a few times)

The problem is working in my company & sits next to me . I can't ignore. He is talkative & talks to me all time . Recently , he told me that he & his wife get together sometimes . But they never have sex bcoz she is not interested . Do you think I should believe him ? How come he refuses to go out with me or even have sex ?

5 months and he won't even talk about it? Do you think this situation is going to get better with no communication? If he won't talk to you about it then it might be time to make a tough decision and move on. If you do that for your own well being you would probably need to change jobs as well.

I resigned last week & he & his boss stopped me from leaving . Also, its difficult to find a job , since I live in a small town in India . I also came to know he got back with his wife , although he is always bad-mouthing her . He is very nice to me inside office but distant in terms of personal life
