    Is this wronful termination?
I was attacked by patient on job 3-11,workman
Comp doc, returned me back to work,I'm still having issues with my back and neck, wentto my family doc she fill
Filled out fmla wrong ,she said 6 months leave not that long, so they didn't accept her order and I was fired 7-11(
As of today I'm still out on doc leave and I still get workman comp but I was fired (I have a Attorny for workman comp)

What did your workmans comp lawyer tell you since they know the details... because this could VERY easily be viewed as retaliation for filing the Workmans comp claim which is a violation of Federal law. And would be very difficult for them to prove it wasn't.
