Usually when a tooth hurts, you have a cavity or an infection in the gum or something. I have a few times had this kind of pain and found that I had something under the gumline and flossing well solve the problem. Floss carefully and brush your teeth. If it still hurts, go to the dentist. Tell your parents right away no matter what. At 11, this needs to be their decision.
