    Don't know
My girlfriend and I took a 2 week break and she says she wants to slow things down. She moved out after living with me for 4 months. How do I get in a mind frame to slow down. How do I stop myself from wanting to see her all the time like when we lived together.

Find a hobby. Okay I know that sound corny but it's true. Find something to take your mind off it. Is there something you have wanted to do but haven't had the time? It's actually a healthy thing for you and her . She will get her space and you will be accomplishing something. Good luck!

Respect her wishes, it doesn't necessarily mean she feels anything less for you. Give her space and concentrate on yourself. Find a new life direction which doesn't involve your partner like mommy2gio has said (a hobby).

Perhaps improving yourself down the gym, climbing a mountain etc.

Never do not give space when asked for it!

You could start by getting a life that you enjoy, without her. Hobbies, friends, work. Just stay busy and give her what she ask for and slow down before you crash and burn. Living together for 4 months after how much time??

Get busy and do things on your own and with others. Join a bowling league or a dance club. Take a vacation to somewhere you've always wanted to go. Join a gym or take a class. Live your life for you. That's the best cure in the world for a lovesick heart.

Hey man :) I have been where you have been sooo in love with a women.. sadly she wasn't there.. she told me to slow things down. As hard as it was for me to do that. I did

The thing that got my mind off it.. was GYM
I know it sounds lame but personal growth and feel good stuff all comes from that :) I took 6months and got in the best shape of my life!! Needless to say I was really happy with myself and even though she was in the back of my mind some nights.. I got so much more attention from other people. It was great..

I find I always do my best when I'm down or trying to take my mind of something.. there's that old saying something good comes out of every bad thing that happens to you :)

I hope it all works out for you. But you do have to take your mind off her,

    Good luck man
