Hyperpigmentation from tattoo removal, can I ever tan again?
What bleaching treatments will work? And what won't? I can't spend a lot of money! Also will I ever be able to go out in the sun again? Or do I have to wait months and months of treatments before I can even see the sun again or the spots will darken? Someone please help me!

It might darken if you get sun. You could put a strong sunscreen on it if you're concerned. The only medicine I've ever seen used successfully to lighten skin spots is Retin-A, but the effect isn't dramatic.

Can I only get that through a prescription? What about alpha hydroxy acids? Do you know anything about them? A friend was telling me that and microdermabrasion might help.
Thanks for you help though! : )

Retin-A is only available by prescription. I've never seen dermabrasion on something like that, and dermabrasion is very expensive.

I doubt the alpha hydroxy acid would have much affect. It works on the top layer of skin and your scar/pigmentation is down in the dermis.
