I recently moved into an apartment that the shower/tub never gets hot! Only about luke warm, if that. There are no marking or brand on the faucet so I have no idea what kind it is. Your link didn't upload. If this is a single handled valve shut the water off and open it up. Remove the cartridge and check and clear the inlet ports. Now turn the water back on to flush out the supplies. Reassemble and test. If you still have a problem replace the cartridge. Good luck. Tom

Could be a delta faucet, if so remove the handle and the face plate (2) screws. Behind the cover there is a corrugated ring, move it counter clock wise to increase hot water, re-assemble.
