Hello , I am 36 years old I have not had my Period in A month and some days , I have the symptoms but nothing, I checked to see if I was pregnant nothing but also I had my tubes tied and cut so it can't be that ! And for the last 3 days I have not had a bowel movement even after taking exlax and my stomach feels like a rock is inside & My Obygn Can not get me in till first of December What Should I do?
