I Had unprotected sex with my husband the 21st of Oct. Ive been cramping for a week and a half and today my breast are really sore. I usually get my period the first days of the month and I have not got it yet. Can I be pregnant?

Could be, but also just signs of a period coming and it may come late. You can try a pregnancy test now but if negative, wait for a week and try another one. Depending on "what exact date it is due) since this is still first of the month.
