    Tongue is numb/tingly on tip
I have no idea what I did, but I can tell you this happened after a night of heavy drinking. I woke up the next morning & the tip of my tongue was tingly, almost kind of numb. I can taste perfectly fine & it does not hurt at all. Just has kind of an annoying feeling. When I put ice or something cold on it, it goes back to feeling normal. Once the ice comes off, a couple minutes later it goes back to being numb/tingly. It has been almost a week and I have no idea what to do. I'm really scared this is permanent damage. HELP

We can't diagnose here. You need to see a doctor. A numb, tingly tongue could be a sign of other conditions.
