We have been together for 8 and a half years. At 1st the sex was amazing but the last year sex had become once a month and never lasts long, he never wants to kiss or touch me. I am getting really frustrated now every day is the same work tea bed. I've ask him if e cheated or if there anything wrong or if there is thing I could do diff, but he just says there nothing wrong. Sexual activity important in a loving relationship. I pushing to find out what is wrong because stopping sex randomly is strange unless there's something wrong! If he doesn't open up the I suggest finding a new partner cause your urges may prompt you to cheat on him as he doesn't seem to be trying to satisfying you. Its only natural but better to break up them cheat

Jenni, may I ask how old you both are and if he has any known medical issues and/or is on any medications?

There are a lot reasons for anyone to not want to have sex. A few of them might be very obvious such as exhaustion, stress over work or home life, known medical issues such as Diabetes or heart disease, certain medicines, etc. Some aren't quite so obvious such as feeling pressured to have sex, self-medicating with alcohol or other substances, etc.

If he isn't 'lasting long', he may be backing off from sex because of fear he can't perform. Encourage him to get a check up to rule out any medical issues.

Make certain that he can show you affection without you putting pressure on him for more than he is comfortable doing. Pressure to perform is a huge libido limiter and can become a libido killer if the couple isn't careful.

You might consider couple's counseling if you want to attempt to work through this.
