My mower starts and runs as long as I dribble gas down carb. As soon as I stop the dribble it stops. Would a fuel solenoid be the problem and if so how do you check to see if its working properly. Thanks for some help

You should get a soft click out of it and it should have battery voltage at the connector in the wiring(about 12 or so volts.)
