How do I get my name on the house title with my mom. My dad died recently and in him will he want everything to go to my mom and it she cannot handle it I would be next. And she can not handle it. How do I go about it.

She would have to sign a part over to you, an attorney or title company would have to prepare documents and a new deed would have to be filed.

But what do you mean if she can't handle it, handle what, and why are you not just helping her, instead of wanting title to the house ?
