Hi all taps in the house are dripping or no water at all. Toilets won't flush but heating OK?

I assume you mean the water heater is heating water... if that's the case, you have a valve or valves shut off someplace...

Has any work been done or fixtures added lately? City or well water? Back to you. Tom
