I worked in California as OPT(Optional Practical Training) from Jul 2006 to Dec 2006.They deducted social security and medicare. In this situation, what forms do I have to file? Can you give me a list of all the forms (Federal and State) that I have to file.

Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ for the federal return.

Form 540NR for California.

Form 843 to claim refund of the improperly-withheld Social Security and Medicare taxes.
