I am 20 years old and I've never had a yeast infection before but I have been reading about it online and think I might have one but don't know what to do I have the thick white discharge, a slight itching but no burning and it hurt when I have intercourse. If you could help me I would very much appreciate it.

You can go to the store and get Monistat cream. It won't hurt anything, but if it's not a yeast infection it won't cure it either.
