Hi - I have a signed agreement with a renter of a bedroom in my house. He gave me a 30 day notice that he is moving and that also his girlfriend is staying for a week before they move into an apartment together. I told him per the agreement that she can not stay more than one day. Since we had been on good terms I said 3 days max. He had a fit.
My question is- What if he moves her in anyway against my wishes? Can I call the police?
