I'm leaving my current job of 5 years for a new job that I will start tomorrow I will be laid off in a month for the winter can I still collect unemplyment if I only work for 1 month on the new job. I'm a landscaper in massachessetts and need to know what the law is I won't miss anytime for the quarter just changing companies.
