    112 days since period
It has been 112 days since my last period. I have taken a few hpt's, but they came up negative. I have this sharp pain in my pelvic area sometimes when I stand up. I have no diseases or std's. I have not recently come off the pill. I'm just wondering what could be going on. I'm going to the dr. This week.I just thought I would get some opinions. I am trying to conceive. Thanks !

You could very well be pregnant, but your body not producing enough HCG to show positive. It may not show positive on a blood test either, I would request an ultrasound if I were you.

Thank you! Is that common for hcg not to show up?

With my mom, they kept telling her she wasn't pregnant when she was indeed 7 months pregnant with twins because he's blood and urine were both negative.
I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant, blood and urine were both negative, but the little miracle showed up on an ultrasound. Request the ultrasound no matter what your doctor says! If you are pregnant and they refuse it... You can sue your doctor!! Be hopeful, and don't stress, I know that's easier said than done, but... It's not good for the potential minihuman inside of you.

My first pregnancy was tubal. I was refused an ultrasound by not only an ob but also the er... And I was told multiple times to sue the hospital and both doctors. But chose not to.

A doctor is not required to do an ultrasound because someone "suspects" they are pregnant. Ultrasounds are expensive procedures.

Now, if you had symptoms of a tubal and the doctor refused, that is a different story.

You can't just go to the doctor, tell them you have missed your period and demand an ultrasound.

I do know... That most ob's will do an ultrasound to settle the minds of their patients. But honestly... 112 days... Since your last period, would indicate... Something is either wrong or you are indeed pregnant. 112 days since lmp would also put her at about 4 months pregnant. Which would be cause for an ultrasound? Correct?
    I'm just curious.
