    Honda prelude transmission
Hi , at the moment I'm owning honda prelude '97 model, automatic... I'm wondering how much going to cost me if I rebuild the transmutation, or if by any chance I can transfer into a manual.

Stick with the auto. Very difficult swap to manual. Is the transaxle bad?

You don't stand a chance to successfully install a manual transmission--it's way too much. You don't have a clutch, clutch master cylinder, clutch hydraulic lines, gear shift, proper wiring harness, or the right ECM (computer). It's so much easier to install a rebuilt ATX. Labor and parts should run around $3,200--shop price and warranty.
