I am trying to rememeber the title of a movie that is black and white and probably a 50's movie. The movie starts in South Africa I believe. There is a couple in love and there is a war going on. The lady comes from a rich family. The man is shot and there is now way for him to get medical care. Her rich father says that he will provide a way to get her boyfriend to a hospital but she must agree to never see him again. She agrees to this and he is shipped to the states where he gets better and becomes a doctor. Later in life they meet again in the states when the lady gets cancer.
