I've applied for residence order for my daughter to be back in my full time care.
My daughter got taken out of my care and I signed a voluntary agreement for her to reside with her father on the 7th of March, due to my ex partner, local authority says I was in a 'domestic' relationship. I'm no longer with the ex. I've sought a non-molestation order which the funds are all in place just waiting to hear a court date.

I've applied for residence of getting my daughter back, I live with my grandmother at the moment I have my own room. It's a 3 bed room house. My nan would be happy for me and my daughter to stay here with her, home conditions are imaculate. I'm in process off seeking my own accommodation. What is the chances that I will get my daughter back in my full time care?

The present custodian (her father) might well ask "Why fix it if it isn't broken?" What would be your response?
