I got my period on time this month and actual experience some light abdominal pain 2 days before.the first day it was only heavy when it came down and it was dark red almost black.the second day it was light brown.the third day it was brown and red.and today is red but is light. Can I be pregnant ? I have sickle cell so I don't know if its because my blood pressure is low help!

It's unlikely that you're pregnant since you do have your period. If you're concerned about pregnancy than wait a week or two and try a pregnancy test using first morning urine.
