Help! My father passed away less than two months ago. My mom had not been happy in the marriage for some time. She is in her early 80s. My dad left her a business and they were well off at the time of his passing. She has now met someone that came to do work at the house and has developed a relationship with him. He is in his 40s I think. She talks to him everyday and talks about becoming romantic with him. How can I talk to her about this without her thinking I am meddling in her business? She is very outgoing and attractive for her age but I can not imagine that this will end well.

I think mom can choose for herself who she wants to mess around with, so don't panic. Parents do weird things when they get older, and what we do is let them explore but protect them from a far, without their knowing.
