I have a sick pup who I've already taken to the vet two days ago. He started getting better and even eating and drinking yesterday then today he's not interested. I know he's depressed his sister just died. They have been current with all shots, wormer everything I don't understand why this happened to them my other two dogs are fine and he still has 3 more doses of medicine. I feel I need to be at the vet right when it opens tomorrow I really just need to know is there anything I can do tonight?

The only thing I can think of, is that your puppy has parvo or possibly a bacterial infection.

With any disease, whether it be viral or bacterial, the body can recover just in time for the virus/bacteria to show off what is can do.

If you are able to, why not leave the pup at the vets office on fluids? Hydration is more important that food at this point.. Dehydration is a deadly critter that can take a life faster than you could possibly know.

If you feel as if the vet you are currently seeing isn't doing enough, a second opinion is always an OK thing to do.

I'm sorry you have a sick puppy. I hope he gets better soon.
