My oil light flickers after its warm like when I come to a stop but when I push the gas it goes off

Your oil pump is dependent on engine RPM. The faster the revs the higher the pressure when hot. To increase pressure when hot, change to a higher viscosity oil. If you are running 5-20, change to 5-30 or possibly 10-40. It is also indicative of engine wear, increased bearing clearance and possibly a worn oil pump.
