Just installed a new sump pump battery backup system w/ a marine battery. The charge light on the battery backup is green as it is fully charged (we have power). It just keeps on beeping. Even if I press the reset switch it does not stop beeping.

Your pump has a warranty. Contact the seller for instructions on how to address this issue. Good luck, Tom
