    Custodial parent on workers comp
My ex who is the custodial parent is out of work due to a workers comp injury. He is no longer receiving payments from workers comp and is looking to take me back to court for more money. Am I now obligated to pay a higher child support now because he doesn't have an income to provide for himself and my 14yr old daughter?

How is he existing if he has no income? Another thing is he going to go on SSDi ?

If he is then the child benefits also from it and that may be used in the calculation for support. I say may as some states calculate things differently then others.

It will depend on where you are at. In GA for example, the change or reduction of the custody parent can cause the payment to go up
