How often is she walked? Has she had a vet check to make sure this isn't a medical issue? How long have you had her?
We've had her a little over a month and she has been to the vet. We try to walk her at least once a day for at least an hour or more.
How does she potty? Do you have a fenced in yard, do you go out with her to make sure she does what she's supposed to?
Fact is, she's only been with you for a month. Dogs aren't great with change, which is likely why she's pottying in the house. You have to start with basic potty training even if she was potty trained before you got her.
So take her out often, go with her. When she potties outside praise her, go nuts, lots of "good girl!" and a treat. Let her know that you're very happy with what she's doing.
When she potties inside a firm "no" and take her directly outside, wait for her to potty and than praise.
She is a dog. She doesn't understand English, and she doesn't automatically understand what you expect of her. You have to teach her.
Good news is that she should catch on very quickly, since she is older and she was potty trained before you got her. :)
