As the dates are so close together it's impossible to determined paternity without a DNA test. This is best conducted AFTER the birth.

The ultrasound is a best guess, it can be off up to a month. So yes, the only way to determine who the daddy is, is a DNA test after the baby is born. That's really the only accurate advice anyone can give you, no matter how much you want to dispute it.
