I need help solving a piece-wise function. I need to find the domain,range,intercepts, decide if it is continuous, and graph it. Here is the problem.

F(x)= x+11 if -9< or equal to x <-9
2 if -3 < or equal to x < or equal to 2
2x-6 if 2 < x < or equal to 5

If anyone could help that would be great. I really just need a step by step guide in finding the solutions. So far everything I have found has been confusing.
