I think this movie is about kidnapped girl or boy or both. They are taken to Mexico and kept by a witch. I think it is like a twisted Hansel and Gretel. There is also a father (maybe) or a cop that is searching for kids. Then there is a semi truck with harvested organs... I think they are for a drug kingpin. Also there is some weird pedophile that is a mayor or Senator or at least someone who is powerful and I believe he gets killed in the end. This movie was really weird and creepy but was also funny in a few parts. Please help your answer is greatly appreciated THANK YOU.

Thanks Quinn but that's not what I'm thinking of. It's the same kind of movie except TRICKBABY evolves around the two girls and third they kill. In the movie I'm looking for the boy and girl are maybe boyfriend and girlfriend. The father helps the boy save the girl I think he dies.This movie has more characters involved in the plot. There is a satanic cult a satanic assassin, Mafia "Italian"&"Mexican", and the semi truck has some new designer drug or viagra or harvested organs. The truck gets hijacked lots of shootouts and blood. Also some pedophile rides around in a limo and is headed to a birthday party where I believe he is killed. I think the FBI or CIA is also some how involved
