I had sex with my flatmate who got pregnant and is on a student visa in the uk. She won't tell her family. She says she won't tell anyone.. I begged her not to abort and I said I would raise my child! I want to keep the baby, and I am against abortion. She says she will have him/her in here and head back to her country without the baby forgetting everything that had happened. I mean... what should I do ? Can I keep my baby? I always wanted to be a father and I am a very spiritual and responsible person who always dreamed about having a baby. It happened ! I am 25y.o and I live in a london council flat . I have a part time job but my parents live here and my sister too. They could well help me if I need them. Can I keep my baby ? She doesn't even want to date me anymore. Just basically have the baby and leave. What are steps to be taken ? Anyone??

Keeping the baby is responsible and I'm proud of you for taking that decision. I do however hope that she would be involved in this as well. Whether by keeping in touch Oe being with you as your wife/partner. I wish you all the best.

She won't be. She doesn't want to have any contact m, says all the time. She wants to pretend that it never happened. She is also 25.
