    Shower door for slanted roof
Hello, we have a current shower/tub combination in our new home that has no door. The problem is it's under a slanted roof. It needs to be replaced anyway. Does anyone know where to get slanted glass doors or have another suggestion?

Having a difficult time picturing your situation. Any chance of more info and maybe some pics or drawings?

I don't have a picture, but the ceiling height at the left (if you are facing the tub) side, where the shower head is, is approx 8 feet high and the ceiling height at the opposite side of the tub is approx 5 feet high... it slants. Does that help?

How about installing a clear panel (eg, plexiglass) cut to fit between the tub and ceiling on the five foot side. The panel would extend part way across the tub to where the ceiling is at least 78 inches. You can then use a regular height door or just a rod and curtain.

I think your in a situation where you might have to look at a custom shower door, I can picture what your talking about, a neighbor had the same problem and had to have a glass door custom made.

The door you need might not even be a custom door since most supplier list different heights. % ft might be a little short but I'd check it out before going custom. I just did a custom door and it was $350 compared to a stock door for $125
