On Oct 14th I took the Plan B One Step Pill.
On Oct 20th I started bleeding.
I was supposed to begin my period Oct 30th, but Ive been consistently bleeding since the 20th
And today is Nov. 1... its been 12 days. I have no pain or cramping just bleeding.
IS THIS NORMAL OR SHOULD I SEE A DOCTOR?

I hesitate to say it's normal, although it CAN be normal. Bleeding is one side effect of the pill, and the bleeding from the pill might have been followed by your regular period. You don't say if you bought it OTC or not. I'd call your doctor and discuss it. If you don't have one, call a clinic for an appointment that you can cancel if it stops.
