Hi I am applying for a temp residence order for my daughter. She has lived with her mother for the past 5 yr.
I have applied to court all ready, and they have asked for reports from police ,dentists, school, cafcass, my daughter has not bin to a dentist in five yrs. And
In the police reports it is stated that my ex has a problem with drink.. also there is a number of domestic violence issues with my exs new partner. This has bin continuouse for the last 5 years.. what chance have I really got ? To get this residence order?
