I belong to this club where my father is the president(I am 17).Every month we go to this building where we have monthly meetings at.Now a days,the club only has about 10 members when in 1950 it had 200 and it was a big deal.

The club has gone down... BIG TIME!Many past members robbing the treasury and vandals attacking the place!

The clubhouse consists of two parts... the kitchen area(that is padlocked!)and a back room area that has tables,bathrooms,and some old memorbilia.

There are three members that have a key to get into the padlock.. the president,the treasurer,and the secretary.

The Treasurer hardly shows up when ever we aren't having a meeting due to her job.

And the secretary is very busy with his family so he only really shows up for meetings.

Since the property is near my house my father and I go and check on it everyday.

Well.. strange things have been happening...

Every time at night I go in the back room alone to use the bathroom.. I get a very very creepy feeling and even when it has been 100 degrees out the bathroom area has always been VERY cold.Whenever I walk in to that area,I get goosebumbs.

I am in charge of the cleaning.Since I am in school I go over weekly in the evenings to clean.SEVEN TIMES this summer has our toilet brush gone missing!

Every time it has been found outside of the clubhouse.I always wrote it off as some kind of prank.

But stranger things have been happening!

Pop and water in the fridges run out.. quickly!We used to have to buy drinks for the place monthly and now weekly.

Outside of our clubhouse we keep this giant deep freezer that we put pop in during our events and during the off-season we padlock it.

For twenty years we have left the key hidden near it and it has NEVER been found.Until now.

Six weeks ago I went to unlock it to restock it for an event and the key was gone.I asked all the members and none of them touched it.Luckily,my dad keeps a back up key on his key ring.

One week later I unlocked the clubhouse to use the bathroom since we were over there picking up trash.I walked into the back room,turned on the light,used the bathroom and walked out.I locked the door back but left the light on due to my dad's orders.

My dad had to run back to the house to get more nails and left me there.

Well,I had to use the bathroom again so I unlocked the door and went in... this time on the doorknob of the bathroom was the missing key!! It wasn't there when I first went in and the lights had been turned off!My dad hadn't gone in!

I was freaked so I ran out of there as fast as I could and locked the door back.


There have been times the door has been locked and suddenly the padlock goes missing and it will be returned in a few days in an odd place.

The trash grabber has been taken and not returned.

There will be odd noises.

There will be odd items appear in odd places!

Like an old keychain in the fridge!

I will see shadows in the corner of my eye.

And my dogs or horses will stare at one area and get scared when I have them with me!(I like to ride my horse over there after school!)

Little kids have been terrified to go inside alone.

Is the place haunted?

My mom says that there was some old men that were members (and women!) during the prime of the place that dedicated all of their time over there!

Is it haunted?

It is a possibility. I would suggest setting up a camera to record in a lot of the areas where you have problems? Try to on several different occasions. You may catch what is going on, whether it be vandals/pranksters or spirits.

Sounds to me like somebody figured out that there's pop there. Maybe some kids have found the key and are using the facility to hang out and drink pop. I doubt it's haunted.
